Whether a client is purchasing or selling a single family home, condominium, townhouse, commercial property or rental property, Scott will assist him or her through all phases of the transaction, from review or preparation of the contract to the closing.

He will prepare or review all necessary legal documentation and correspondence and work with his clients to make sure they receive the maximum legal protections possible. There are numerous parties involved in a real estate transaction, including realtors, lenders, title companies, surveyors, condominium associations, inspectors and in the case of many commercial transactions, environmental consultants.

Scott will coordinate with the many parties to the transaction to assure they complete their respective duties in a timely fashion in order to facilitate a smooth and stress-free closing.
